2. Eligibility
Open only to homeowners aged 18 or older living within the Greater Houston Area.
Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of PVB Everglow or Harmony Marketing are not eligible.

3. How to Enter
Free Entry Method:
To receive one free entry, participants must:

Each qualifying tag counts as one free entry.
Bonus Entries (Optional):
Participants may purchase 10 additional entries for $20.
There is no limit to how many bonus entries may be purchased.
All entries must be submitted by October 30, 2025, at 11:59 PM CST.
4. Prize
One (1) winner will receive a free installation of permanent outdoor lighting for the front of their home, valued at approximately $5,000, covering up to 100 linear feet of lighting (labor and materials included).
Installation must be completed at the winner’s residence within the Greater Houston Area.
Prize has no cash value and is non-transferable.
5. Winner Selection & Notification
The winner will be chosen by random drawing from all eligible entries.
The winner will be announced publicly on PVB Everglow’s social media pages on October 31, 2025.
The winner will also be contacted by direct message or email.
If the winner does not respond within 7 days, an alternate winner may be selected.
6. Publicity
By accepting the prize, the winner grants PVB Everglow permission to use their name, photos, and videos (including installation and completed lighting footage) for marketing and promotional purposes, without additional compensation.
7. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the giveaway at any time for any reason.
By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions and all decisions made by the Sponsor, which are final and binding.
Entrants release and hold harmless PVB Everglow, Harmony Marketing, and their respective officers, employees, and affiliates from any liability arising from participation or prize use.
